CHALLENGE
After the re-platforming of the adidas and Reebok websites, a series of user tests were conducted to validate that our shopping experience met our users' needs and expectations. Overall, the aim was to identify the website's most important pain points, bugs, and enhancements.

We did a mix of moderated and remote user testing across 5 countries. Three in house labs were set up in Amsterdam, Germany, and the United States. Below is the Amsterdam testing lab setup:

Two scripts, one for moderated and one for remote testing were created.
Both scripts had the same objectives; however, the script questions varied.

STEP 5: ANALYSIS
Divide and Conquer - Next, we divided up the videos, watched them, and analyzed the feedback and insights: combining it all in Excel. Later, I put a presentation together with visuals, quotes, and next steps.

RESULTS
The follow-up plan included more in-depth A/B testing, direct bug fixing, and a long-term enhancement list that informed our pipeline. This was communicated to the global eCommerce team and markets in a top 30 issues list.
